• OHK Global, Inc. et al v. Zeba, L.L.C. et al; in the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas.   Mahendru, PC successfully defended a more than $1 million summary judgment in favor of its client.

• Bagby 3015, LLC and Amir Ansari, v. Bagby House, LLC, in the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas.  The court reversed and ordered that the challenged claims against Mahendru, PC’s clients be dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the Texas Citizens Participation Act, and that they be awarded its attorney’s fees.
